DGSE Announces Receipt of Notice from Amex

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In connection with the information announced on April 16, 2012, DGSE Companies, Inc. today confirmed it has received the anticipated notice from NYSE Amex that the Company is not in compliance with the continued listing standards of Section 134 and 1101 of the Exchange’s Company Guide. On or before May 1, 2012, the Company expects to submit a plan to regain compliance. The Company fully expects to complete the plan within the Exchange’s proscribed guidelines and regain active trading status.
